The Whitechapel Projects in Long Branch is a new and quite amazing spot. It’s like an art project, a sprawling space with an amazing design, and of course great beer and food. Located on 2nd Avenue, steps from the beach and Pier Village, right in between the municipal parking lots, it’s an easy destination when leaving the beach.
The summer may be over, but Pier Village, Long Branch’s premium oceanfront development, continues the fun with the second annual edition of the PierFest. The outdoor festival will take place at Festival Plaza and throughout Pier Village on Saturday, October 15, between 12-4pm. It will feature fun for all ages, with sidewalk sales, live music, vendors, crafters, kids’ activities and more. Pier Fest is rain or shine and free to the public.
The new Pier Fest 2015 in Pier Village (October 10-11) will feature a variety of local artists on Saturday between 1-5pm. Here’s a brief look at the live performers, including Taylor Tote, Joe Miller, Justing and Alina, Autumn City and Elya Vasiliev.
