For the past few years, we’ve visited many of New Jersey’s emerging micro breweries. Here we’re summarizing all the reviews we’ve written so far. Find old favorites like Carton and Kane, as well as newer additions like Red Tank or Bradley Brew.
Less than 3 weeks after Red Tank’s launch, a new brewery opened in Red Bank, this time an addition to a well-known family: Triumph Brewing. It’s been an event long in the making and I was surprised that it opened quietly, without much fanfare, on a Monday in early November 2018. I had the pleasure of going there in just their second day and was really impressed!
Red Bank’s first microbrewery opened in mid-October 2018, and we had the pleasure of visiting it on the very first day. Located on Monmouth St next to Jamian’s, Red Tank Brewing could become both a social spot and a must-go destination for beer connoisseurs. It has a big bar and plenty of table seating for almost 100 people. It also has the advantage of being with a few minutes of lots of take-out eateries, so beer drinkers can bring some food (knowing that New Jersey breweries are barred from serving food).

On March 17th, 2015, Gotham in Red Bank welcomed over 200 people for Jersey Shore Premiere’s Largest Spring Business Networking Event. This 2nd event of the year organized by Rosa Davis and Chris Fotache, attracted a mixed crowd of small business owners, local entrepreneurs and media personalities.
A review of the new Catch seafood restaurant which opened in downtown Red Bank, on Broad St. It’s sure to delight its customers with the market-style choice of fish, including Chilean Sea Bass, bronzini, salmon, red snapper and much more. Catch also serves amazing appetizers and desserts.
Jersey Shore Premiere Events is hosting the Largest Spring Business Networking and Red Carpet Event on Tuesday, March 17, at the posh new Gotham lounge in Red Bank beginning at 6pm. Part of the proceeds as well as a food drive will benefit the RAINE Foundation. The Batmobile and the Catwoman will also make an appearance!
On February 3rd, 2015, Jersey Shore Premiere Events hosted the 5th Annual New Year Resolution Business Networking at Taste in Red Bank. The event got together over 200 local business owners to celebrate local entrepreneurship and encourage new connections. Bert Baron of WCTC 1450AM and janine Strafaci of ShoreTV NJ also handed out the 2014 Jersey Shore Premiere Awards. Part of the proceeds and a food drive benefited Lunch Break
