The fall outdoor festival in Long Branch will feature sidewalk sales, live music, vendors, crafters, kids’ activities and more.
Saturday, October 15, 12:00-4:00 p.m.
The summer may be over, but Pier Village, Long Branch’s premium oceanfront development, continues the fun with the second annual edition of the PierFest. The outdoor festival will take place at Festival Plaza and throughout Pier Village on Saturday, October 15, between 12-4pm. It will feature fun for all ages, with sidewalk sales, live music, vendors, crafters, kids’ activities and more. Pier Fest is rain or shine and free to the public.
The Pier Village shops will offer discounts and specials in their sidewalk sales. The Festival Plaza will feature several vendors, crafters and other exhibitors. There will be live music from talented local performers including Justin & Alina and Joe Miller. And of course you can enjoy the great food offerings at the Pier Village restaurants.
The event is organized in partnership with Jersey Shore Premiere Events, which brings the experience of having produced a variety of events in New Jersey, including business events, fashion shows, food festivals, trade shows and more. Chris Fotache, who came up with the idea of the Pier Fest last year, said: “I love the Pier Village, with the boardwalk, the beach, the stores and all the great restaurants. I always thought it’s the perfect location for a major outdoor festival, and everybody seemed to enjoy it so much last year that we’re happy to bring it back.” Festival organizer Rosa Davis, a former boutique owner herself, added: “The businesses at Pier Village are open year-round, not just during the summer months. The fall is a perfect time to enjoy the Jersey Shore, including everything that Pier Village has to offer: a great place to shop, dine, live and play all year long!”
