The 3nd edition of the Jersey Shore Biz Fest, the region’s largest business expo, took place on April 19, 2016 at the Sheraton Hotel in Eatontown. It was a celebration of local business, with 100 vendors and almost 500 total attendees gathered to promote their companies, establish new connections, and grow their network and customer base.
Exhibitors ranged from financial services to home contractors, restaurants to real estate, technology to healthcare, covering every aspect of the local economy. Organizers Rosa Davis and Chris Fotache of Jersey Shore Premiere were happy to achieve their goal – bringing entrepreneurs together and pooling together resources and ideas, in order to strengthen the community and help everyone’s business grow.
Sponsoring the event were Alcoeur Gardens, Association Advisors, Inner Clarity, Sea Bright Solar, The Center for Vein Restoration, Custom Video Productions, I Luv Photo Booths, ShoreVacations.com and Jersey Shore Detectives. Instinctive DJs provided continuous entertainment throughout the night, while the official photographer was Victor Bubadias Photography.
“Rockin” Robyn Lane from WRat Radio 95.9 and Bert Baron from the WCTC 1450AM radio station hosted the event. Robyn said: “Always a pleasure to be a part of this huge event. I often leave Chris and Rosa’s events a happy host and a new customer of many vendors.” The Mayor of Eatontown, Dennis Connely, added: “The Biz Fest was a great event and we are happy that it was held at the Sheraton of Eatontown. Thank you Chris Fotache and Rosa Davis for putting on such a fantastic event.”
Reaction from the small business owners in attendance was overwhelmingly positive. They all appreciated the size of the crowd, the venue space, and the connections they were able to make. Linda Martin, director of the Matawan-Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce, said: “Great event! As always, wonderful to work with Chris & Rosa. Our Chamber is proud to have been a participant again this year.” Also happy with the event was Zack Molland, from Molland Spinal Care: “The Biz Fest was yet another excellent and exciting event put on by Jersey Shore Premiere Networking! The room was full of energy and the event was a great way to for us to get the word out about our unique approach to healthcare. If you are looking to network and grow your business, get to the next event!”
Besides the show floor and business networking, attendees had the opportunity to watch a fashion show presented by D.Monaco Designs, showcasing their spring and summer lines and featuring some of the most beautiful models of the Jersey Shore.
