This weekend it’s time to head down to Cape May and enjoy a weekend of music, food and wine drinking. There are two events waiting for you down there, the jazz festival from Friday to Sunday, and the wine & seafood festival on Saturday afternoon.
This promises to be one of the best festivals yet with The Yellowjackets headlining on Friday night November 12th with shows at 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, and Javon Jackson with Les McCann headlining on Saturday night November 13th with shows at 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. The two headlining performances will take place at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Auditorium located at the Washington Street Mall. There will be jazz all weekend long, starting Friday at 8pm, at various locations, like Marquis DeLafayette, Aleatheas, Carney’s and more. Check out the festival schedule for a full line-up.
Rock and Wine Seafood Festival
Takes place at the Natali Vineyards on Saturday November 13th, from 12pm-5pm. Come enjoy great sea foods from some of the best seafood restaurants in Cape May County like Levari’s Seafood & American Grill, J~Ottons Carib/Atlantic Grill, Casey and Ben’s Lobster Den, and Copper Fish on Broadway. There will also be non-seafood items like “Old World Sausage Bread” and lots of great desserts, snacks and other goodies for sale! You can also do Free vineyard and barrel room tours at 2pm & 4pm. Natali Vineyards are located at 221 North Delsea Drive in Cape May Courthouse.
If you’re looking to rent a house at the shore, check out ShoreVacations.com, Jersey Shore’s biggest vacation rentals resource.
