We’re in the middle of a hot summer here at the Jersey Shore and if you’re still looking for summer rentals there are a few last minute deals available. Here are some of the best special offers and discounted rates for August, Labor Day and September vacation rentals at the Jersey Shore in 2018. They are listed North to South, from Asbury Park down to Cape May.
Point Pleasant Beach and points North:
Spacious Ocean Front Vacation Property at Bradley Beach: Labor Day weekend open (August 31 – September 3). Normally renting for $4,600, it is available for this week for $3,000 or $700/night with four night minimum.- Bradley Beach Ocean Front Property – Wonderful Coastal Views: August 31 – September 3 open. Available for $2,500, or $500 per night with a 4 night minimum (regular $3,600).
- Spring Lake Rental – 3 blk from Beach & Walk to Town&Park: Aug. 25-Labor day discounted to $3,500 a week including beach & pool badges. Sept. only $2,000 a week. Oct. thru Memorial Day 2019 for $1,900/month winter rental (min stay of 3 months)
- Pt Pleasant Beach Family Friendly – Clean, Near Beach, 2BR: Sept 15 (Sat)-30 is $1,000/week or $300/night weekends, $200/night weekdays, with 3 day min.
- Pt Pleasant Beach Perfect Family Vacation Rental: Sept 16 (Sun)-Oct 7 is $1,100/week or $300/night weekends, $200/night weekdays, with 3 day min.
- Point Pleasant Beach Family Cottage: Weekly rate for August has been reduced to $2,300 from $2,600. September deal (after Labor Day weekend) is $1,950 per week.
Lavallette and Ortley Beach:

- Seaside Heights Rental: special August 26 to August 31 $200/night versus $300 regular price. Weekends in September, Friday to Monday $750.
- Seaside Heights Family Rental – 3 or 4 Bedroom: Availability in September starting at $1,100 for a week or $800 for a long weekend (3 nights).
- Seaside Heights Beach Block Cottages – Pets Welcome: August 18-25 $1,800. August 25-31 $1,500. Labor Day weekend $900. August 25-Labor Day weekend will be discounted. September $1,500 per week or $250 per night with 3 night minimum.

Seaside Park:

- 118 K St Seaside Park NJ: 11-18 August open, the rent is $1,200/week.
- South Seaside Park Adorable 2 Bedroom Bungalow: House available from Sept. 30th through May 1st. of 2019 for $1,000/month + utilities.
- South Seaside Park The 131 Beach House: Midweek deals offered for Tuesday – Friday stays – 3 nights for $1,250 plus $165 cleaning fee. That is a savings of $80/night off our regular prices.
LBI down to Sea Isle City:
