Bradley Beach Spacious Oceanfront Property: Winter rental from January 2nd through May 15 at $1,800 per month. Rent includes utilites, cable, internet.
Seaside Heights Gorgeous 2BR Apt in Brand New House: Never got water! $1,400 with utilities included, or $1,100 without utilities.
Beach Haven 3 Bedroom, Pet Friendly, Keywest Style Townhouse: $1200/month, plus utilities.
Ocean City 5BR/3 bath – 1 Block to Beach/Boardwalk: $2,400 per month, utilities included.
Sea Isle City New Spacious 4 Bedroom Condo w/ Elevator: $2,500/month includes utilities.Sea Isle Beach House – 7 BR Sleeps 18 – Rec Room: $3,000/month available December-March. Utilities included.
Sea Isle 7 bedroom with Entertainment Area / Bar: Good for for 2 families $3,500/month includes utilities.
Wildwood Crest 4 Bedroom Condo: Available between 12/1 – 5/13, $1,300/month plus gas&electric (cable is included). Dates are flexible.
Diamond Beach/Wildwood Crest Oceanfront Resort 3BR: $3,500 per month including utilities, 2 parking spaces under garage as well as personal washer and drier.
Cape May Point – Summer Place at the Point: $2250 to $3200 a month depending on the number of people. Available until May 10. Looking for displaced families as opposed to just random winter rentals. Renters would be paying the natural gas and electric bill for any amount over a combined bill of $125 a month.
