Cross & Orange Review: Avantgarde Cuisine Coming to Cookman Ave in Asbury Park

The newest addition to Asbury Park’s restaurant scene is Cross & Orange, which officially opens on February 12th, 2015. It is located in the historic Park Overlook building, at 508 Cookman Ave and it’s the creation of restaurateurs Bob and Chris Fahey, who are joined by the very talented and creative Sam Byrne, a Michelin-quality chef with a long experience in European restaurants. This is our review of the soft opening tasting menu, featuring some of the best dishes that Cross & Orange serves.

Jersey Shore Business Owners Kicked Off Their 2015 New Year Business Resolutions in Red Bank

On February 3rd, 2015, Jersey Shore Premiere Events hosted the 5th Annual New Year Resolution Business Networking at Taste in Red Bank. The event got together over 200 local business owners to celebrate local entrepreneurship and encourage new connections. Bert Baron of WCTC 1450AM and janine Strafaci of ShoreTV NJ also handed out the 2014 Jersey Shore Premiere Awards. Part of the proceeds and a food drive benefited Lunch Break

Asbury Park’s Cross & Orange Opens Its Doors Thursday, February 12th

One of Asbury Park’s most anticipated new restaurants, Cross & Orange, will officially open on Thursday, February 12, 2015. Restaurateurs Bob and Chris Fahey, who also own and operate Edgar’s Pub in Manasquan and are affiliated with the Asbury Lanes in Asbury Park, have spent the past several months carefully planning the design and décor of their newest venue, and developing a menu unlike any other in Monmouth County with executive chef Sam Byrne.
